ShopSolar.AI Price Match Guarantee – Solar System
Eligibility:
The Price Match Guarantee (the “Guarantee”) is available only for new, non-commercial solar installations. To be eligible for the Price Match Guarantee, the solar system offered by a competing retailer must be of equivalent size, specification, and equipment.
Equivalent System Definition:
To qualify for the Price Match Guarantee, the solar system in question must meet the following criteria:
- System Size: The competitor’s solar system must have an equivalent capacity (measured in kilowatts, kW) to the system we are offering.
- Equipment: The components of the system (e.g., solar panels, inverters, mounting hardware, and monitoring equipment) must be of the same brand, model, and specifications.
- Installation Services: The competitor must be offering a comparable installation service, including labor, permits, insurance and warranties.
Proof of Offer:
To request a price match, you must provide a written quote or proposal from the competitor that includes the total price for the equivalent system, including all components, installation services, and applicable fees. The competing quote must be valid and dated within 30 days of your price match request.
Conditions:
- The price match applies only to systems that are currently available for purchase by the competing retailer and are not subject to any restrictions such as limited-time offers, rebates, discounts, or financing options.
- The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to systems that are part of promotional offers or discount programs from the competitor, such as seasonal sales, or bundled packages with products not included in the equivalent system.
Exclusions:
- The Price Match Guarantee cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers from our company.
- The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to services, repairs, or add-ons that are not part of the standard solar system installation.
How to Request a Price Match:
To request a Price Match, you must have signed a contract with ShopSolar.ai within the last seven (7) days. The customer must contact our sales department by email or phone, providing a copy of the competitor’s quote for review. After verifying the details, we will match the competitor’s price for an equivalent solar system within 5 business days.
Limitations:
This Price Match Guarantee is at the sole discretion of the company. We reserve the right to refuse a price match if the competitor’s offer does not meet the qualifications for an equivalent system or if the competitor’s offer is determined to be deceptive, misleading, or in violation of any applicable laws.
Cancellation or Modifications:
We reserve the right to cancel or modify the terms of the Price Match Guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any changes to this guarantee will be effective upon posting on our website or through direct customer communication.
By accepting our offer, you agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that you have reviewed the details of the price match request and the eligibility criteria.
